Service Scope

JiuVPN provides international route connections, client downloads, and subscription management, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users must sign in to the panel to obtain a subscription and configure the connection in a compatible client. The service is intended to improve network routes for cross-border access; it does not replace accounts, authorization, or content subscriptions required by destination websites.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. For prices and traffic allowances, see the pricing page and checkout page, and choose an option that suits your needs.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for how to apply and details about processing.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required. You can create an account with a username and password. Keep your sign-in details and subscription link secure, and do not publish the complete link on a public page. The subscription link acts as an access credential. If you suspect it has been exposed, stop sharing it and contact support through a panel ticket.

The service allows an unlimited number of devices to be connected at the same time. This does not permit sharing accounts with others, distributing subscriptions, or reselling the service. Accounts and subscriptions are for the account holder's personal use only and must not be rented, loaned, resold, or used for unauthorized bulk distribution.

Check your orders, subscription status, and traffic records in the panel. If you notice an unusual sign-in, activity you did not perform, or a billing issue, submit a ticket promptly. Do not include your password or complete subscription link in your message.

Lawful Use Requirements

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the rules of the platforms you access. You must not use the service for illegal activities, to infringe others' lawful rights, or to distribute content prohibited by law.

You must not use the service for cyberattacks, malicious scanning, account theft, fraud, harassment, spam distribution, or intellectual property infringement. Do not disrupt other users' connections or damage service infrastructure through automated abuse or other means. You are responsible for determining whether the content you access and your actions are lawful. The ability to connect through a route does not mean that an activity is authorized.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routes, device settings, and the policies of destination platforms. Maintenance, network faults, or changes by external platforms may make some routes temporarily unavailable. The service does not guarantee continuous access to every region, website, or app, nor does it guarantee a fixed speed or uninterrupted connection.

If you have connection issues, first check your subscription status and client settings, then try another route and submit details about the problem. The relevant third-party platform is responsible for its website content, account actions, and transaction outcomes. JiuVPN is responsible for external events only to the extent required under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If an account is used for resale or sharing, unlawful activity, harm to network infrastructure, unauthorized access to another person's account, or another serious violation of these terms, JiuVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate account services based on the risk involved. When necessary to prevent ongoing harm, protective measures may be taken before the circumstances are verified.

If you disagree with an action taken, explain the circumstances in a panel ticket and request a review. An account restriction does not automatically remove rights you have under the law. The handling of orders and unused services will depend on the actual performance of the service, applicable policies, and legal requirements.

Changes to These Terms and Communication

When service rules change, JiuVPN will update this page and revise the month shown as the last update. Material changes to users' important rights or obligations will be announced on the site or in the user panel, with details of the changes and how they apply. Changes will not be applied retroactively to restrict users' existing legal rights without notice.

If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and contact support by ticket to discuss how your existing subscription will be handled. The Privacy Policy governs matters involving personal information. If these terms conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable law, those provisions will prevail; the remaining terms will continue to apply.
